Muscle tension from stress and workouts can constrict your circulation, massage therapy can help release those tight muscles to increase blood flow and remove toxins out of your body.
Massage therapy also promotes deeper and easier breathing. Stress and anxiety can cause the body to take shallow breaths making it nearly impossible to obtain a relax state. Massage can help reduce the tension in the muscles around the rib cage and abdomen making it difficult to take deep breaths. Along with feeling relaxed during a message therapy session, it can also help clients become aware with their stress levels. When your body can recognize what relaxation feels like, you can then recreate that feeling before the stress becomes chronic and or damaging. Clinical studies have shown that message therapy sessions can lower heart rate, cortisol and insulin levels. Research has also shown that massage therapy can have a positive impact on those that suffer from respiratory issues like allergies, sinus problems and asthma.

$60 per hour for a full 60 minutes of massage.
(Time for disrobing and getting dressed is not counted in your massage time)
